The Buena Boro Police Department consists of ten full time Officers, five Dispatchers, two Crossing Guards, and one Records Clerk. The Police Department provides emergency response, traffic enforcement, finger printing, accident reports, gun permits, routine patrols, community policing, and criminal investigations and a 24 hour 911 Dispatching Center. The Police Department answers approximately 12,000 calls for service per year. The Police Department also works with Buena Regional School District providing security at athletic and special events and special programs supporting drug awareness.
